Comment:  PC 16 is very underrated. from a guy's perspective yea they aren't the easiest girls to hook up with but if you look at the national ranks it's clear that pi phi is top house at UA. they are more involved in philanthropy than the other sororities here and the girls get really good grades so they are never on probation. keep it up pi phi
