Comment:  I've been a student here for a while and I deadass do not know a single phi delt. Some friends tell me they got bids from them because they give everyone bids. Apparently they used to be top years ago but have gone WAY downhill. Now they're barely known on campus and I forget that they're even a fraternity because I have yet to meet one of their members.
