Comment:  Beta is clearly not a "party" house, but they have the best balance between social, academics, and involvement of any fraternity. Their parties are fun and the guys are always funny and welcoming. Every time I go over to the house everyone says hi and are respectful. They don't have a lot of the same problems other fraternities do because they sign such great guys.
