Comment:  Kids who don't get bids anywhere else end up here. Nothing against them their nice guys they try their best but they just can't contend with other houses on the quad. Have a reputation for being soft and nerdy (they're the "book club" frat and they take pride in it). Have a really nice house, maybe could be better if they change their persona a bit, but that's hard to do.
