Comment:  Way to go, ladies! Each pledge class is looking more and more uniform and cohesive, with a group of women who seem to interact really well together. I think that will really help the chapter branch out from their reputation as being a random group of girls. I've also noticed a good amount of diversity in this chapter as a whole.
