Comment:  They seem like more of an extracurricular activity than a sorority. Most of the members seem to just pay dues and show up to mandatory things. I know a lot who have a best friend in their sorority, but they aren't really close as an entire chapter. Their chapter is like having friends in class. You see them while you're there, but when you leave there's no interaction.
