Comment:  From what I've gotten from the Xi parties I've been to, whether pregames at apartments or at the Xi's house, I've had a great time every time. Good setup in the basement for parties including the bar. Guys are nice and good looking too. Freshmen are cool, and winter pc is a cute group too!
