Comment:  During recruitment, as soon as I spoke to some of the sisters and saw them all, its quite evident that they are looking for a certain "type" more than half were blonde, and ALL of them were slender or stick thin. The sisters I spoke to did not seem to have any interest in what I was saying at all, and I spoke to several of them. I was nice and polite and had a smile on my face, but they were so snobby for no reason.
