Comment:  How is crow at the top of this? haha. Their house is the farthest from campus, has a landlord on first floor, and still is unfinished. The yard is big, but it's cold most of the year and there's no party room inside. Kids are really nice for the most part, but fit the "hardo" profile more than any other frat. Athlete girls seem to be the only ones at the parties.
