Comment:  While some of the girls are unique and kind, it tends to be a rare find in Phi Mu. They are overly conservative and stuck in their ways. The fact that it is a big deal when they add diversity to their pledge class it's a big deal is sad. They are stuck in one way of thinking and would be much better if they were more accepting and approachable.
