Comment:  The house is basically split into two groups of guys, the older guys that want the fraternity to stay "smart guys", and the younger guys who basically only want to party and want to become more like other fraternities. The result is a lack of unity. This opinion is backed up by the fact that they lose/cut half their pledges every year.
