Comment:  Three really big and high quality pledge classes in a row have done them well. At their parties I'm shocked and impressed how many of their guys are underclassmen, means they will be sustainably a great fraternity for a while! As of right now I think they're viewed as top tier but maybe not a definite number 1, I could see them taking that role soon. Guys, rush them and you'll be glad in the future, in good shape and the future is bright.
