Comment:  Kappa Delta is cute and new and all that but they're desperately trying to meet panhells membership minimums by literally accepting any and all COBs. Like their acceptance rate is colossal. They're..... quirky but definitely don't mesh and are such a random group of girls. It's essentially the sorority you join when you can't get in anywhere else. That's why they act so spirited, they're just happy a sorority let them in.
