Comment:  They meet all the requirements to be a good frat; they just are missing something. They have super sweet guys, they have some real cuties, and I've never been worried about anything at their parties. They tend to be less outgoing, but genuinely like their frat and their brothers. It seems like the guys I know in it are always doing service (though I don't know where), but they also aren't completely antisocial. I'm not sure what is keeping it at middle tier, but it definitely belongs there.
