Comment:  Big on rush numbers - Large pledge classes brought in by giving a lot of bids (Often with more low quality guys than high, which is to be expected with large pledge classes). Above Average parties - Nothing too crazy, Air Hangar is decent, venue is too big for the crowd. Large Pledge classes = Large chapter (It's not rocket science) Quality over Quantity though, so it essentially cancels out to be an average brotherhood.
