Comment:  Theta chi has been in competition for the best chapter for a while. But as of lately they've gone down hill. They no longer hold their dominance as a campus presence. And sigep is showing you can be leaders on campus and have fun while doing it. Which dismantles theta chi's perceived model. I think once they get more humble they will improve.
