Comment:  They throw a couple of big ragers(fences, DJs, security guards, great ratio, etc) every quarter, but most weekend parties are just laid bakc kickbacks with people just chilling having a good time. Hate when I walk by there and its dead though, which happens time to time. Most of guys are cool, although there are definitely (prob around 3) guy who should not be greek. Lower Middle tier with potential to grow
