Comment:  Below comment is non-responsive to the other below comment. Notice how the Pi Kap does not even deny any of the issues but uses basic I am going to insult you tactics. Because what that comment said was true. Now Pi Kap is a strong chapter, but they are not Theta Chi or SigEp nor will they ever be because they dont understand how to act like a top chapter. Stop being twitter trolls Pi Kap and maybe you can have a seat at the big boys table one day if you behave.
