Delta Chi is the chapter that lies about its grades during FLOW, has to have their president beg PNM's to join, is not getting a house anytime soon (greek row is built out and Kappa Sigma signed the last spot) and there exec board last year had a title 9 investigations. Here is the biggest indicator of a bad chapter, the claim to have the best "brotherhood". Run PNM
