Comment:  Pike has been the best at App for years now, doesn't even matter that they're off campus. They consistently have the best parties, the strongest brotherhood, and the most gentlemanly pledges. They're way more involved than half the frats that are actually on campus, plus their parties are way less sketchy than some of the other frat parties in Boone.
