Comment:  These guys have had a great start to the semester! I thought of Phi Delt as a middle tier fraternity that was probably super fun to be in but didn't have the top parties on campus, either I was wrong or they've stepped it up. these last two Friday's they have had two of the best parties I've been to at northeastern in my three years. Definitely the best fraternity parties in Boston I've been to. The parties would fit right in at a state school. Look for these guys to blow up soon.
