Comment:  PNMs don't be fooled. Alpha phi has perfected rush. You'll leave there feeling awesome, like you had great convos, and that maybe you could fit into this house. Truth is the comments below are 100% fact. Girls are very cliquey, sisterhood non existent, obsessed with their image and rank, etc. when I was a pnm I thought this was the house for me. I ended up at my second choice though and am SO happy it didn't work out with alpha phi.
