Comment:  These guys are self-ranking so hard its getting embarrassing for them. Chi Phi is sinking ship rn and its going down pretty fast. They got a poor on accreditation last year and earned one of the lowest house GPAs. This year, they have had multiple life-safety violations, including one by their president, and beat up some TX kid at their registered, still facing repercussions from that. If youre a freshman look at any other middle tier house, they all would be a better option.
