Comment:  This house is and always has been a top, if not the top house at CU. They are always known to be drop dead gorgeous. a bunch of guys in my frat are dating girls in this house. always great girls to take to date functions. always down to have a good time. They all tend to have a lot of money, and know how to party! If you are thinking of rushing when coming to CU, you want to go pi phi.
