Comment:  Theta is seen as one of the nicer personality houses. During FFR, a lot of girls were surprised on how good and genuine their Pref Night was. Seen as less popular in terms of frat socializing, but very involved on campus. A lot of girls who are not the "typical" sorority girl (skinny, white), but they're all super classy!
