Comment:  I'm always torn when thinking about how to describe Pi Phi. They definitely have an amazing sisterhood which is kind of what they're known for. On the other hand, they are also known for going out and partying a lot. It's really a toss up. Sisterhood is a great thing to have and can be difficult to create if it doesn't already exist. Going out can be changed in time so I guess all and all they are a decent group of girls
