Comment:  Pi kapp is easily the top fraternity. Disregard all of the negative comments You see below. These guys throw by far the best parties of any organization on campus. From what I've seen, they have the closest brotherhood, 2nd would be phi tau and 3rd a sig. there aren't any frat houses at state, but if you're looking for what an ideal frat would be, then I would definitely say pi kapp is the one.
