Comment:  Top or second best fraternity. Their social life has come on strong recently. If it weren't for White Tee there'd be no competition between Lambda and KA in that area. Nicest, smartest, and closest guys on the row too. Pike only has their social scene now and pretty much trending down. K Sig is a mess and getting worse each year, but some girls still like their parties and stick with them. Lambda is now the most complete house with only KA as competition.
