Comment:  Delta Phi is completely irrelevant to greek life. Since no one wants to mix with them they throw parties for the only people dumb enough to think they matter, freshman. Even with the plethora of freshman hanging around they still can't get a decent sized pledge class. I don't understand how their charter hasn't been pulled yet, seriously just give up.
