Comment:  Almost rushed this house in the fall and everyone I met was really chill and nice. The houses location is so close to Collegetown too (something I realize is important as a sophomore but didnt as a freshman.) Im going through rush again to keep my options open but putting Phi sig towards the top of my list. Another thing, these girls are decently known for partying hard and I would say that's true although I knew a few in the house that don't. I would say majority do tho
