Comment:  Delta Chi has some cool dudes but I'm sorry they are nowhere near being a top house. Honestly, even calling them a middle tier house is stretching the truth. Delta Chi has potential to move up if they get their proposed house and start recruiting better (a house helps with that) but they're only this high on here right now because their members self rank and their small amount of groupies give them 5's. Bottom tier with potential to move up is where Delta Chi truly is right now.
