Comment:  SAE is underrated. My roomate is dating one of the seniors that lives in the house. They have always been a welcoming fun group. Their parties are frequent and always have safe alcohol. Their house is a good place to start even if they aren't always the best. There are some guys that I would stay away from, especially the sophmores, but every party is going to have those people.
