Comment:  I was a recruitment coach in 2015. Contrary to some reviews, they definitely did drop during recruitment. As someone who belongs to another chapter, I could see that their recruitment significantly improved. I've gotten to know quite a few of their women through being a recruitment coach and can honestly say that they are genuine, fun people. Also, their retention rates have been so much better! Clearly they're upping their game!
