Comment:  Phi Delt has taken Northeastern by storm in the past year. They used to be a promising fraternity, then fell off a little when their founders graduated and they got in trouble. But this year, they put themselves back on the map, and became a lot more social with sororities. They mix well and are good guys to be around, and are growing in popularity. They started pulling strong numbers in recruitment. If the trouble they are in is brushed off, watch out for them, top tier.
