Comment:  okay im gonna be 100% here. it seems like there's only self-ranking or bashing of jealous kkg/dphie. honesly chi o is bottom tier. they will be for a while. with that said, i honestly think they're already better than dphie..... chi o is a huge national name so judging on that, their numbers, and the types of girls they bring in they already have a leg up. Still behind kappa and they probably will be for a while....just depends on how rush goes. STOP the self ranking and STOP the bashing.
