Comment:  The only reason I say they are middle tier is because realistically they are...right now. I've never seen a fraternity turn around so fast. 2 years ago they were a little weird but these new pledge classes are great! There's seriously every type of guy in SAE and I'll be the first to say their new party scene came out of nowhere! Give it 3 more year and and I see a top tier!!
