Comment:  I agree with everyone saying they have improved a lot over the last few years. You can't really argue that they are a solid lower-middle to middle-tier house now. They just need to stop partying a little and get their grades up because that is hurting them with their rush and reputation. They also dress super frat which makes people think they are try hards.
