Comment:  It's not like anybody is much better than them Phi Sig Maybe? Who cares All the fraternities are different, and those two are polar opposites of each other based on the type of members. I believe sigma chi alums owns property rights on their house which is why they're a decent house, a lot of fraternities do not own house, current guys running it must just not care
