Comment:  Seriously spend one semester at Florida State and you'll see that literally everyone knows that Delt on its own tier. These guys are great and the new pc is a bunch of cuties. Their house is close to everything. They get along great with sororities, we've had plenty of socials with them along with others and we aren't paired with them. Obviously tiers associate themselves with their own tiers so if you aren't a top sorority don't complain that they don't get involved with you.
