Comment:  These comments are toxic. Yes Sig Ep has a spacious house, and many of the brothers are quality, but the only place they can go from top is down. Frats like DKE and Sigma Nu have really stepped it up. Sig Ep still differentiates themselves with a highly orchestrated rush process, but they are not nearly what they were in the Goble days of 2015/2016.
