Comment:  always competing w A phi for the best girls, but here's the thing: they actually recruit very different girls when you think about it. Sure, A phi gets attractive girls too, but they just want the cookie cutter type w a pretty face & they don't care about personality. Phi mu recruits girls who share their values & have ambition, & they just so happen to also be attractive. It's hard for PNMs to differentiate these things things prior to recruitment, but I don't doubt that they will learn quickly
