Comment:  Honestly it doesn't matter that the other chapters are writing that DPhiE shouldn't be ranked yet but they should because they're just as much of a sorority as any other chapter on this campus. Sure they are still becoming established and it's very clear that they're coming at full force.. They are as involved as a new chapter could be... Nice girls
