Comment:  Upper-middle tier. Sweet and cute boys. They definitely don't give off the stereotypical "frat douchy" vibe that a lot of fraternities do. Most Phi Delts are liked by greeks, GDIs, and IFC. Nice house, they keep it clean. Follow the rules so they never are on so pro. They mix with a lot of the same sororities that Chi Phi and Theta Xi do. Never felt unsafe at their parties and one phi delt walked my friend when she got to drunk. Love the new PC. Keep it classy Phi Delt <3
