Comment:  Obviously most of the generic 5 star reviews are self rates and the 1 star reviews are 1. brothers/pledges who were dropped 2. other houses who wanna hate. As of now, Phi Psi is honestly a middle tier frat maybe skewing to the upper mid. I would put this in a similar group as Lambda, Beta, and Sig Nu. The house is stunning and the guys are pretty solid looking. Their latest pledge class is a good indication of where the house is headed. Brotherhood is strong and they can only go up from here
