Comment:  I'd say since I was on campus as a freshman in 2013, they've definitely been on the rise and very philanthropic. They have a ways to go, but they have done better each and every year and pledge class. I'd say they are middle tier, even if they barely make they cut off at bottom of middle tier. I've met all kinds of girls, mostly nice.
