Comment:  These guys have seemed pretty douchey but some girls say their parties are pretty fun. We usually don't end up at Phi Kapps at the end of the night but they are a party to go to when everybody else isn't having one lol. I would probably say they are a top 10 house. My top 3 is definitely SAE, Phi Psi, and Lambda!
