Comment:  Phi Psi is waaaaay too exclusive for a low tier frat. They rarely have parties, and when they do they stick to a small list and don't let anyone in. I guess if you're hooking up with one of the brothers their party is good way to kill some time but otherwise I wouldn't bother. A decent amount of the brothers are pretty cool but the frat as a whole is really lacking a social life on campus
