Comment:  5th year here. The same thing that starting happening to Pika end of my freshman year, beginning of my sophomore year is happening to Sig Pi now. The decline has begun, and its only going to snowball out of control once the seniors and juniors leave. Top tier for now, but will be mid tier in the years to come.
