Comment:  Xi has come along way from where they were a couple of years ago. However they are still not at the top. They still have to take everyone in order to replenish the numbers they lost. It's not difficult to get a bid. Rumor has it they have a whole floor shut down in their house because no one wants to live in it. Yes Xi's party but it's not a good sign when it's sloppy and they can't hold their alcohol.
