Comment:  PNMS: Alpha Phi is a BOTTOM TIER sorority on campus. To girls thinking about rushing, DO NOT be fooled. They use social media to try to mask the truth but during recruitment you'll see them for what they are! Nice group of girls but they certainly are not anything close to a top tier sorority.
